Luigi and Clementina Nudi were married in Mendicino, Calabria, Italy, on July 21, 1904. They had two children, Ralph and Caroline, before immigrating to the United States around 1911. First settling in Conway, Pennsylvania, they moved to the North Side of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. They eventually moved to 95 Georgetown Ave. in West View, Pennsylvania in 1925 where they raised 10 children, Ralph, Caroline, James, Joseph, Rose, Frank, Alfred, Earl, Dolores, and Gilda. They also had Yolanda, who died at 18 months. After working for several other employers, Luigi started what was to become a very successful construction company to support this large family. This website is to chronicle and archive some of the history and traditions of the Luigi and Clementina Nudi extended family.
